Troubleshoot EaseUS Cloud Error

When backup to EaseUS Cloud using Todo Backup Home, you might encounter some error messages. And this article introduces the solutions to troubleshoot these errors.
 
Case 1: Cannot connect to cloud service.


To solve this error, please make sure:

1. The computer can access Internet normally and stably.
2. Amazon S3 is not blocked by the firewall.
3. Todo Backup is in the white list of both anti-virus software and the firewall.
If the issue persists, please email techsupport@easeus.com for further assistance.
 
Case 2: The software hangs up in connecting.


It seems that the Internet connection is not stable. Please try the solutions below:

1. If you are using Wi-Fi, please switch to the Wired Network.
2. Restart the router.
3. Switch to another network environment which is more stable and fast.
 
Case 3: EaseUS Cloud is greyed out.


The backup images created by this task are not supported to be uploaded to EaseUS Cloud. We will continue to support in the future.
