EaseUS RecExperts for Mac
For EaseUS RecExperts for Mac, the license is tied to a standalone computer and cannot be used on more than 1 machine concurrently. However, we can help you move the software to the new computer if there is any problem with the original computer.
To help you move the software, please prepare the following information and send to techsupport@easeus.com.
1. The UUID of the original computer
2. The UUID of the new computer
3. The license key
How to obtain the UUID on Mac computer:
1. Click on the apple logo on the task bar and choose “About This Mac”
2. Click on “System Report”
3. Find the “Hardware UUID” and copy the line.
Our support will reset the license key within 24 hours after receiving your email.
