How to exempt sales tax from my order

If you are a business user from the following countries, you may refer to the following hints to get the tax exempted from your order.

Sometimes, you will see the price is increased when you add the product into the shopping cart. It is because that the products listed on our website are quoted with tax excluded. Our order processor, CleverBridge, collect sales tax in order to be compliant with the legal requirements of your local tax law. You are able to find how much you will be charged as the tax for the order when you add the product into the shopping cart. If you are a business user from the following countries, you may refer to the following hints to get the tax exempted from your order.
 
Europe:

 
 
 
Owners of a VAT-ID have the possibility to deliver tax free to other EU Member States, provided that the trading partner has also a valid VAT-ID.
 
To remove the VAT from your order, please refer to the following two steps:
 
1. Check the box in front of "Click here is you are a business"
2. Fill in your VAT ID and the VAT will be removed once the VAT ID is verified.
 
Note: If the VAT ID is reported as invalid and you are certain it is correct, please contact our order process:

Germany:
 
 
 
VAT-ID is used to deliver tax free to OTHER EU Member States. That is to say, if you are from Germany, you will not see an option to enter the VAT ID as the order processor Cleverbridge AG comes from the same country. After the purchase, you can contact EaseUS or Cleverbridge support to request an electronic invoice that can be used for
tax rebate at your local fiscal year.
 

United States:
 
 

You can send the applicable tax exemption document (i.e. certificate of resale or tax exemption certificate) to our order processor CleverBridge by fax at +1-312-376-1854 or email at payments-us@cleverbridge.com. CleverBridge are required by law to have this information on file before processing a tax-exempt order. Please note that processing of your document ID request may take 1 business day. Please be sure to include your email address so Cleverbridge may provide the document ID to you.
 
After receiving the document ID, please place the order online and enter the document ID to have sales tax removed from your order.

 
Australia:

 
 
To remove the GST from your order, please refer to the following two steps:
 
1.Check the box in front of "Click here is you are a business"
2.Fill in your ABN and the GST will be removed once the ABN is verified.
 
Note: If the ABN is reported as invalid and you are certain it is correct, please contact our order process: payment@cleverbridge.com for further assistance.

 
New Zealand:
 
 
 
To remove the GST from your order, please refer to the following two steps:
 
1. Check the box in front of "Click here is you are a business"
2. Fill in your GST number and the GST will be removed once the GST number is verified.
 
Note: If the GST number is reported as invalid and you are certain it is correct, please contact our order process: payment@cleverbridge.com for further assistance.

 
India:
 
As the Indian government does not offer any possibility to automatically check any GST or other relevant tax numbers of Indian companies and verify their status, our order processor will have to treat all Indian customers as consumers and charge GST to all customers in the first step and that is why an Indian customer won't see a box to input a GST number.
 
If you are a business customer, please send your company's GST number to
payments@cleverbridge.com and we will manually check the GST number and process the GST refund(when you are paid) or GST removel(if unpaid)
 
Taiwan:

 

To remove the VAT from your order, please refer to the following two steps:

2. Fill in your TAX ID and the VAT will be removed once the TAX ID is verified.
