When you use EaseUS TodoPhoto Recovery but fail to find the disk you want to recover from, please follow the steps below to find a proper solution.
Before we get started, please note that our product is not able to work on a hard drive that cannot be recognized under Windows Disk Management. Therefore the first thing you are suggested to check is Disk Management. In case you do not know how to access Disk Management, please kindly click HERE to get a tutorial.
If the disk is not detected, you may try another USB cable or port to see if it makes a difference. No software can recover the files if the disk is not detected or recognized by Disk Management.
If the disk is detected, please check if the partition is lost or inaccessible. If yes, please search the Lost Partition, or go to Help and scan the entire disk.
