Sometimes, Android device cannot be listed in EaseUS Todo Backup after you think you already connect it to the PC successfully. And this article will help you with the trouble, It nearly includes all possible situations why an Android device disappears in Android backup option.

Solutions for Android device cannot be found in EaseUS Todo Backup:

The ways to troubleshoot an unlisted Android device.

1. If you connect device with USB, please check whether it is connected successfully in Windows tray area.



2. Get into USB debugging. Disable and enable it, then see if the issue is solved.

3. Change an USB port or cable to try.

4. Check whether your device can be detected under Windows and the driver is installed successfully. If not, you should install the correct driver file under Windows.
In most cases, Windows will auto download and update the Android drivers, please check whether Windows auto update is enabled.
